Shipping policy

Online orders being shipped domestically are processed within 24-36 hour for all in-stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.

All special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore items ordered together may not ship together.

Maison, Inc. offers FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Services. Friday orders are shipped the following Monday.
